10% from every sale goes towards Cancer Research, a chairty that has touched us all here at Willow & Thyme with Julie and Chris both loosing their Mums to cancer and Vanessa’s Mum continuing to battle cancer after 20 years we thought it would be a great way to raise some money for the chairty.
Here is a little bit more information as to why we choose this chairty.
Julie: In 2019 I lost my beautiful mum to cancer. My mum never got to see our beautiful shop or be part of our venture but l'm sure she will be so proud. As our sign says in our bakewell store "one scent can bring back a thousand memories " this is so true. My mum loved fragrances and her favourite flower/ fragrance was freesia and every time I smell it, it reminds me of lovely memories of my mum. As a lasting memory of her I wanted to create a range of freesia products and donate a portion of the sale of the products to cancer research. Cancer has touched every one of us at Willow & Thyme in one way or another and it is an amazing charity that is very close to all of us.
